One Click Mounts: Utilise existing oval tray holes

The Sample Pack contains the unique One-Click Mount (T50ROSSFT725) designed to be clicked into place in the cable tray when the harness is rolled out in assembly.

• easy to push-in by hand without tools
• reduces the total number of ties
• saves hours of manual processing time.

The Sample Pack also includes additional fixing parts for round holes, edges, bolts and screws.

EdgeClips: Route securely using available edges

The Sample Pack includes 2 EdgeClips parts preferred by rolling stock electrical engineers: one for the most common 3.0 to 6.0 mm edge thickness and another saddle mount for parallel routing that utilises the edge for EMV protection:

• no fixing holes/screws/bolts required
• perfect for tight installation spaces
• simple to push on by hand without tools.

EdgeClips have been tried and tested for over 20 years. There are hundreds of variants in the product range for panel thickness ranging from 0.5 mm up to 8.0 mm.

KR-Series ties: Vibration-resistant bundling

KR cable ties and special application tool are ideal for underbody bundling and wherever vibration-resistance is required.

The Sample Pack includes the unique KR8/33 cable tie:

• vibration secure according to CEI 61373 standards
• strap locked with glass fibre pin through chamfered head
• material highly resistant to chemicals, impact and UV.
