| Description |
The PLC is a stainless steel closure used for the organisation and protection of fibre optic cable splices principally in aerial installations on power line pylons. The PLC is supplied with 8 Hellapon™ - Medium trays pivoted on angled supports. The 2 halves of the stainless steel closure are sealed with a high performance gasket and clamping screws whilst polymeric insulated cables are sealed with either Cablelok™ non-heatshrink seals or heatshrink sleeving. OPGW cables are anchored and sealed to the PLC casing with dedicated stainless steel clamp glands. |
