The RapidNet CAT6 solutions are designed to support any voice and data cabling system that is capable of running over their respective systems and are backwards compatible with existing CAT5E, CAT5 and voice network infrastructure. The 4 port RapidNet cassette presents 4 RJ45 ports in one cassette, with 6 cassettes fitting into the standard RapidNet patch panel. The cassettes simply push into the panel, snapping in with a push down clip. A fully loaded panel presents the standard 24 ports in 1U of space. RapidNet can reduce installation time by up to 85% and is designed to meet the exacting standards of mission critical installations where network down time and poor systems performance is not an option. The 4 core bundled cable have been specially designed to eliminate potential alien cross talk issues and uses a clear tape to reduce the bundle, ensuring a high quality, well managed installation. |

The RapidNet 4 Port Cassette to Bare End is pre-terminated with 4 RJ45 ports in the cassette at one end and a single loom of 4 cable bundles, providing several connectivity options at the other end, with 6 cassettes fitting into a standard 4 Port RapidNet Patch Panel. A fully loaded panel presents 24 ports in 1U of space. The Cassette to Bare End option is specifically designed for projects where space between rooms is limited or lengths are uncertain at the planning stage. The bare end provides several connectivity options which can be terminated in the comms room or to outlets at the desk. |

| Technical Description |
The RapidNet Cassette has been designed to provide a jack life of a minimum of 1000 insertions. The cassette is manufactured with a simple push clip mechanism and polarising clips to prevent incorrect insertion. Rear cable management is provided within the RapidNet Cassette with integral strain relief which provides protection to all the cables and their terminations. All RapidNet terminations are tested to exceed the latest published versions of ISO/IEC 11801, BS/EN50173 and ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 – C Category 6 standards. All RapidNet Category 6 cables are made with LS0H material, complying with the latest European fire ratings. NB. Part Number is given for a 10m loom as an example. Lengths are available from 5m to 90m. |
