| Description |
The RapidNet Category 6 UTP Cassette to Keystone Jacks is pre-terminated with 4 RJ45 ports in a cassette at one end and 4 keystone jacks at the other end, with 6 cassettes fitting into a standard RapidNet Patch Panel. A fully loaded panel presents 24 ports in 1U of space. The 4 Port RapidNet Cassette to Keystone Jack option gives the installers and end users added flexibility at the desk or ‘work area’ end. The Keystone Jack can be easily clipped into a selection of modules that can be fitted into floor boxes or wall mounted in face plates. The Category 6 UTP keystone jacks are available in 5 colours (Black (BK), Blue (BL), Green (GN), Red (RD) and Yellow (YL)). This allows for differentiation of looms at the patch panel aiding identification of access levels, paths, routes or systems within the network. |

| Technical Description |
The RapidNet Cassette has been designed to provide a jack life of a minimum of 1000 insertions. The cassette is manufactured with a simple push clip mechanism and polarising clips to prevent incorrect insertion. Rear cable management is provided within the RapidNet Cassette with integral strain relief which provides protection to all the cables and their terminations. All RapidNet terminations are tested to exceed the latest published versions of ISO/IEC 11801, BS/EN50173 and ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 – C Category 5e standards. All RapidNet Category 6 cables are made with LS0H material, complying with the latest European fire ratings. NB. Part Number is given for a 10m loom as an example. Lengths are available from 5m to 90m. |
