| Features and Benefits | The Autotool System 3080 is innovative for its strap and closures. The two-piece consumable consists of strap and closures, is waste free and guarantees optimised material utilisation. No time loss when cleaning or opening waste boxes. This allows bindings with flush cut off and together with the plain inner surface of the strap this prevents damage to wire insulation. The material is available on reels of 500m strap or 5000 pieces closures. Another advantage of the Autotool System 3080 are the three different jaw diameters which can be changed very quickly. Choose the jaw diameter according to your bundling diameter since the cycle time depends on the jaw diameter. By choosing a smaller diameter faster bundling can be achieved. The following jaw diameters are available: 30mm, 50mm and 80mm. |
